With over 20 years of experience in human-centered design and innovation, Travis is a design leader, strategist & inventor who's made impact across verticals including Aerospace & Defense, Healthcare and IT. He leads the maturation and execution of design processes and methodologies that result in a culture of innovation yielding solutions and services that serve users' needs and deliver business value. Travis applies design and lean agile methodologies to understand real-life contexts, user desires, and motivations for utilizing products and services in a nimble and timely fashion. He's been recognized for award-winning innovations in Defense, IT, and Healthcare through his rigorous research and analysis earning him 5 patents in the areas of cyber, automation and data analytics. He has spoken at several conferences, including Cisco Live and Raytheon's Technology Network.

Travis holds a master's degree in Design Methods from the Institute of Design, Illinois Institute of Technology - The New Bauhaus, and a B.F.A. in Multimedia and Graphic Design from the Academy of Design and Technology in Chicago, IL.
